The Bay View Historical Society

Established in 1979, the Bay View Historical Society consists of volunteers dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich heritage of the Bay View neighborhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our headquarters is located in the Historic Beulah Brinton House on the corner of South Superior Street and East Pryor Avenue in Bay View.

In addition to sponsoring a wide variety of volunteer opportunities, programs and projects, the Society publishes a newsletter, presents bimonthly programs at the Beulah Brinton Community Center, and maintains community archives and research collections. Please make your way through our site using the links on the left, and thanks for coming by.

ACE Boxing Club

The Ace Boxing Club is dedicated to educating kids and youth in our community with former and present students, qualified volunteer staff and peers, who act as mentors on the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of boxing. The sport and science of boxing is offered as an alternative to negative behavior and energy often found with idle time on the inner-city streets. Ace Boxing Club provides positive settings were troubled youth are developed into productive men and women of the community. Gift contributions allow total access for training, conditioning, and consulting services available as well as organized competition assistance. It is the goal of Ace Boxing Club to turn the passion of the sport into a positive learning experience students can utilize for the rest of their lives.
